The TRUE XFW-6800 is the Smith machine in TRUE Fitness’s XFW free-weight line, with modern styling and high-quality commercial construction. The open frame and elevated head clearance give easy access and room to move utility benches in and out, the weight carriage is counterbalanced to 4.5 kg and angled three degrees to follow the natural rotation of the joints, a 14-position bar-catch assembly allows multiple movements, dual adjustable safety stops set the range, and eight weight-storage posts come as standard.

Who is this machine for?

The XFW-6800 suits commercial gyms, strength and athletic facilities, hotel and corporate fitness centres and premium home gyms in India that want members to squat, press and row on a guided bar that starts almost weightless.

Exercises it supports

Squats and lunges train the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings; bench and incline presses the chest, shoulders and triceps; shoulder presses the deltoids; bent-over rows the back; calf raises the calves. The counterbalance lets beginners start with just plates, and the catches stop any failed rep.

Build quality and safety

The carriage runs on guide rods, is counterbalanced to 4.5 kg and angled three degrees, locks on 14 catch positions and is backed by dual adjustable safety stops; the open frame has elevated head clearance, eight posts store plates, and the frame carries floor-anchor provisions. The machine weighs 202 kg before plates.

Like every XFW piece, it combines modern styling, high-quality construction and TRUE’s time-tested designs for the free-weight floor: heavy-duty steel with floor-anchor provisions in the frame, replaceable wear guards where bars touch, and a matte-black powder coat with custom frame and upholstery colours. TRUE backs the frame for 10 years.

Space and installation

The XFW6800 measures 122 × 221 × 221 cm (48" × 87" × 87") (L × W × H). The XFW-6800 measures 122 × 221 × 221 cm (L × W × H). Allow about 1 m clear on each side for loading plates and at least 2.5 m of ceiling height. No power is needed; anchoring is recommended. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine; plates and a bench are chosen separately.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the bar and frame after each session and keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs. Check the bar catches, safety stops and counterbalance monthly and the frame bolts and anchors quarterly.
