• Nine-position thigh pad assembly

• Rubber-coated entry handles

• U-shaped open base frame

• 44 kg bench

The TRUE XFW-5600 is the roman bench in TRUE Fitness’s XFW free-weight line, with an adjustable thigh pad assembly angled at 45 degrees for proper ergonomics. Nine positions accommodate a wide range of users, rubber-coated handles with aluminium end covers assist entry and exit, and the U-shaped base frame gives an open feel during exercise.

Who is this machine for?

The XFW-5600 suits commercial gyms, physiotherapy and rehabilitation settings, sports-conditioning rooms and premium home gyms in India that want the lower back, glutes and hamstrings trained with body weight or a held plate.

Exercises it supports

The 45-degree back extension targets the erector spinae with the glutes and hamstrings assisting. Holding a plate to the chest adds resistance, and rounding or arching the movement shifts the emphasis between lower back and hips.

Build quality and safety

The thigh pad assembly adjusts through nine positions at 45 degrees, the handles are rubber coated with aluminium end covers, the base is U-shaped, and the frame carries floor-anchor provisions. The bench weighs 44 kg.

Like every XFW piece, it combines modern styling, high-quality construction and TRUE’s time-tested designs for the free-weight floor: heavy-duty steel with floor-anchor provisions in the frame, replaceable wear guards where bars touch, and a matte-black powder coat with custom frame and upholstery colours. TRUE backs the frame for 10 years.

Space and installation

The XFW5600 measures 124 × 88 × 83 cm (49" × 35" × 33") (L × W × H). The XFW-5600 measures 124 × 88 × 83 cm (L × W × H). Allow about 0.8 m clear in front for the extension. No power is needed; anchoring is optional.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery and grips after each session and unload plates between users. Check the adjustment pins, bar catches, wear guards and frame bolts monthly, and inspect floor anchors quarterly.
