The TRUE XFW-5000 is the preacher curl bench in TRUE Fitness’s XFW free-weight line, giving users a precise arm-pad angle with a comfortable edge roll and an easily adjusted seat. The moulded, contoured seat has six height positions, the arm pad is angled at 45 degrees for ergonomic support, the bar-support catches carry replaceable plastic wear guards, and custom-moulded non-skid pads support the feet.

Who is this machine for?

The XFW-5000 suits commercial gyms, hotel and corporate fitness centres, apartment-complex gyms and premium home gyms in India that want a strict curl station for EZ bars, straight bars and dumbbells.

Exercises it supports

The preacher curl isolates the biceps brachii with the brachialis and brachioradialis assisting. With the upper arms braced on the 45-degree pad the shoulders cannot swing the weight, and the stretch at the bottom is greater than in a standing curl.

Build quality and safety

The seat is moulded and contoured with six height positions, the arm pad is fixed at 45 degrees with an edge roll, the bar catches have replaceable plastic wear guards, the foot pads are non-skid, and the frame carries floor-anchor provisions. The bench weighs 42 kg.

Like every XFW piece, it combines modern styling, high-quality construction and TRUE’s time-tested designs for the free-weight floor: heavy-duty steel with floor-anchor provisions in the frame, replaceable wear guards where bars touch, and a matte-black powder coat with custom frame and upholstery colours. TRUE backs the frame for 10 years.

Space and installation

The XFW5000 measures 109 × 83 × 96 cm (43" × 33" × 38") (L × W × H). The XFW-5000 measures 109 × 83 × 96 cm (L × W × H). Allow about 0.8 m clear in front for a bar. No power is needed; anchoring is optional.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery and grips after each session and unload plates between users. Check the adjustment pins, bar catches, wear guards and frame bolts monthly, and inspect floor anchors quarterly.
