Who is this machine for?

What it stores and how it is used

Fixed barbells from the rack serve curls, upright rows, presses, bent-over rows and skull-crushers for the arms, shoulders, back and chest, and the rack keeps each weight in its place so members find the right bar at a glance.

Build quality

The frame is heavy-duty steel in matte black with custom colours, the ten catches are moulded with frame protection, and the rack is rated for 362 kg. It weighs 78 kg.

Like every XFW piece, it combines modern styling, high-quality construction and TRUE’s time-tested designs for the free-weight floor: heavy-duty steel with floor-anchor provisions in the frame, replaceable wear guards where bars touch, and a matte-black powder coat with custom frame and upholstery colours. TRUE backs the frame for 10 years.

Space and installation

The XFW4800 measures 102 × 94 × 155 cm (40" × 37" × 61") (L × W × H). The XFW-4800 measures 102 × 94 × 155 cm (L × W × H). Place it against a wall or at the edge of the free-weight area with about 0.8 m clear in front. No power or anchoring is needed.
