ADX Spin Bike

Brand: TRUE Fitness · Model: ADX · Category: Bike

The TRUE ADX is a full-commercial air bike built for HIIT. A 26-blade performance fan with a weighted inertia ring gives smooth, progressive wind resistance that rises the harder you push, a single-stage belt engages instantly, and a Class A watts-rated console calibrates to local elevation. Moisture-resistant construction and a 160 kg user limit suit daily studio use.

• 26-blade performance fan with inertia ring

• Progressive wind resistance, no levels to set

• Class A watts rating with elevation calibration

• Single-stage belt drive for instant activation

• 160 kg maximum user weight

The TRUE ADX is the air bike in TRUE Fitness’s commercial cardio line, designed for simplicity, durability and low maintenance in HIIT studios and gym floors. Arms and legs drive a 26-blade fan through a single-stage belt, resistance builds progressively with effort, and the self-powered console reports calibrated watts so intervals can be measured and repeated.

Who is this bike for?

The ADX suits HIIT and functional-training studios, CrossFit-style boxes, commercial gyms, athletic conditioning centres and tactical training rooms where air bikes run back-to-back intervals all day. Its heavy-duty, moisture-resistant frame, replaceable pedals and seat, and 160 kg maximum user weight are specified for that workload.

Key workout benefits

Wind resistance has no ceiling: the harder the user pushes, the more the fan resists, which makes the ADX ideal for all-out sprints, calorie-target intervals and Tabata sets. The console’s tachometer display and quick-start programme keys get sessions going in seconds, and the Class A watts rating with elevation calibration means power readings are accurate and comparable between machines.

Wireless heart-rate monitoring supports both ANT+ and Polar chest straps, and foot pegs let users rest the legs for arms-only efforts.

Build quality and user experience

A weighted inertia ring smooths the fan’s momentum, ball bearings at every pivot point keep the arms quiet, and solid steel cranks handle hard standing efforts. The MultiGrip handlebar offers several hand positions, the multi-position seat adjusts to the rider, and an air diverter keeps the fan’s breeze off the user’s face.

Stabiliser feet with levellers keep the bike planted on uneven floors, and the console runs on two D batteries, so no socket or cable is needed.

Space and installation

The ADX measures 140 × 66 × 135 cm (L × W × H) and weighs 51 kg. Leave about 0.6 m clear on each side for mounting and for the fan’s airflow. No power socket is needed; Luxe Fitness delivers and assembles the bike and levels it before handover.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the handlebars, seat, pedals and console after each session, because sweat is the main cause of wear on an air bike. Check pedal, seat and handlebar fasteners weekly, keep the fan cage free of dust, and replace the console batteries when the display dims. If the belt slips or the arms develop play, book a service visit.

Frequently asked questions

How does resistance work on the TRUE ADX air bike?

Does the TRUE ADX need to be plugged in?

No. The bike is self-powered and its console runs on two D batteries, so it can be placed anywhere on the floor.

Is the TRUE ADX suitable for a commercial gym?

Yes. TRUE rates the ADX as full-commercial grade, with moisture-resistant construction, replaceable wear parts, a Class A watts rating and a 160 kg user limit.

What warranty does the TRUE ADX have in India?

Luxe Fitness offers up to 5 years warranty on this bike, covering frame, major moving parts and electronics on separate terms. Ask us for the warranty card for your exact model before purchase.
