Who is this machine for?

The TR1 suits home and studio users in India who want a replacement or second rope for a trainer, multi-gym or cable column.

Exercises it supports

Pushdowns and overhead extensions train the triceps; face pulls the rear deltoids and upper back; rope curls the biceps and forearms; rope crunches the abdominals.

Build quality and compatibility

The rope is black heavy-duty braided nylon with moulded plastic end caps and a carabiner loop, 5 × 66 cm, weighing 0.9 kg.

Like every Inspire Fitness attachment, it is built to commercial-grade standards to match the FT1, FTX, FT2 PRO, SF3, SF6 and SCS trainers and the M-series multi-gyms, and its carabiner or hook fitting is universal, so it works on most cable machines and functional trainers from other brands too.

Space and installation

The TR1 measures 5 × 66 cm (2" × 26") (L × W × H). Clips to any pulley; stores on the trainer’s accessory rack.

Care and maintenance

Wipe grips and padding after use and store on the trainer’s accessory rack. Check stitching, hooks, carabiners and swivels monthly and retire any attachment that frays or cracks.
