Based on lever mechanics, it adjusts resistance through the pivot point and lever-arm length as well as the plates loaded, and it suits individual and group training and can even host fitness competitions.

The leverage deadlift trains the glutes, hamstrings, erector spinae and quadriceps; the leverage row trains the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids and middle trapezius with the biceps and rear deltoids assisting. Both load the posterior chain through a fixed arc that keeps the bar path consistent.

The lever pivots on commercial-rated sealed bearings with continuous welds, the pivot point and arm length set the mechanical resistance, the plate horn takes standard Olympic plates, and the 52 cm height keeps the machine low on the floor.

Like every Plate Load machine, it carries a two-coat, electrostatically applied powder finish in black with a vermilion-red texture; 5 cm of rebonded foam under 10 mm of high-density foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex leather cover, double stitched; dipped PVC handgrips; continuous welds at all pivot points; and commercial-rated sealed bearings at every pivot. Resistance comes from the Olympic plates the facility already owns, loaded on the machine’s horns.
