The frame is heavy-gauge steel with continuous welds and a metallic-silver two-coat finish; the horns are sized for Olympic plates and the holders for Olympic bars.

Like every Neo-series piece, it carries a two-coat, electrostatically applied metallic-silver powder finish with continuous welds at all joints, and upholstered models use 5 cm of rebonded foam under 15 mm of high-resilience foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex cover, double stitched.
