A range of optional attachments, including the Steelflex FSR1-3, FWH1 and FRS1, lets a facility customise the rack to its workout demands.

Who is this machine for?

The NOPR suits commercial gyms, athletic and institutional training rooms, CrossFit-style boxes and premium home gyms in India that want a full-size cage with the option of weight horns, steps and functional fittings.

Exercises it supports

Squats train the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings; bench presses with a bench inside the rack train the chest, shoulders and triceps; overhead presses the deltoids; rack pulls and rows the back; pull-ups on the top bar the lats and biceps.

Build quality and safety

The frame is heavy-gauge steel tubing with continuous welds and a double powder coating in metallic silver, with adjustable J-hooks and safety bars and mounting points for optional attachments. Bolting the rack to the floor is recommended for heavy use.

Like every Neo-series piece, it carries a two-coat, electrostatically applied metallic-silver powder finish with continuous welds at all joints, and upholstered models use 5 cm of rebonded foam under 15 mm of high-resilience foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex cover, double stitched.

Space and installation

The NOPR measures 225 × 176 × 232 cm (88" × 69" × 92") (L × W × H). The NOPR measures 225 × 176 × 232 cm (L × W × H). Allow about 1 m clear on each side for loading a 2.2 m Olympic bar and at least 2.5 m of ceiling height for pull-ups. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and anchors the rack.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the uprights and hooks after use and keep the upright holes free of chalk and dust. Check that hooks, safety bars, attachments and frame bolts are seated and tight monthly, and inspect the floor anchors quarterly.
