Who is this machine for?

Exercises it supports
The incline press targets the upper (clavicular) pectoralis major with the anterior deltoids and triceps assisting. The adjustable seat keeps the hips and feet in a stable position so the back stays on the pad.

The mainframe is heavy-gauge oval tubing with continuous welds and a metallic-silver two-coat finish, the seat adjusts with a pop-pin, the bar catches are at two heights, and the pads are upholstered in 5 cm rebonded foam under 15 mm high-resilience foam.
Like every Neo-series piece, it carries a two-coat, electrostatically applied metallic-silver powder finish with continuous welds at all joints, and upholstered models use 5 cm of rebonded foam under 15 mm of high-resilience foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex cover, double stitched.

Allow about 1 m clear on each side for loading a 2.2 m Olympic bar and 0.6 m behind the bench. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers and assembles the bench; bar and plates are chosen separately.
