Who is this machine for?

The NDR3 suits commercial gyms, group-exercise studios, hotel and corporate fitness centres, apartment-complex gyms and home gyms in India that keep a light-to-medium dumbbell set and want it in a compact rack.

What it stores and how it is used

A 2.5 to 25 kg set covers the dumbbell exercises most members use: curls, raises, presses, rows, lunges and goblet squats, and the shelf brackets keep every pair in order.

Build quality

The frame is heavy-gauge steel with continuous welds and a metallic-silver two-coat finish, with three shelves and small brackets to locate each dumbbell.

Like every Neo-series piece, it carries a two-coat, electrostatically applied metallic-silver powder finish with continuous welds at all joints, and upholstered models use 5 cm of rebonded foam under 15 mm of high-resilience foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex cover, double stitched.

Space and installation

The NDR3 measures 163 × 90 × 95 cm (64" × 36" × 38") (L × W × H). The NDR3 measures 163 × 90 × 95 cm (L × W × H). Place it against a wall or mirror with about 1 m clear in front. No power or anchoring is needed.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the shelves weekly and check the frame bolts monthly. Load the heaviest pairs on the lowest shelf.
