Metallic-silver finish
The Steelflex NAB is the abdominal curl bench in Steelflex’s Neo free-weight line, efficient at isolating the entire abdominal region through the crunch. Ergonomically designed back and head pads give maximum comfort and keep the body aligned, the angled handle helps the user through the routine while reducing neck strain, and a weight horn accommodates plates for any exercise level.
Who is this machine for?
The NAB suits commercial gyms, hotel and corporate fitness centres, apartment-complex gyms and home gyms in India that want a progressive crunch station without a selectorised machine.
Exercises it supports
The curl targets the rectus abdominis with the obliques and hip flexors assisting. Supporting the head on the pad and holding the angled handle keeps the neck relaxed so the abdominals, not the neck, do the work, and plates on the horn add resistance in small steps.
Build quality and safety
The frame is heavy-gauge steel with continuous welds and a metallic-silver two-coat finish, the back and head pads are upholstered in 5 cm rebonded foam under 15 mm high-resilience foam, and the weight horn takes standard Olympic plates.
Like every Neo-series piece, it carries a two-coat, electrostatically applied metallic-silver powder finish with continuous welds at all joints, and upholstered models use 5 cm of rebonded foam under 15 mm of high-resilience foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex cover, double stitched.
Space and installation
The NAB measures 188 × 84 × 105 cm (74" × 33" × 41") (L × W × H). The NAB measures 188 × 84 × 105 cm (L × W × H). Allow about 0.6 m clear on the entry side and at the weight horn. No power or anchoring is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers and assembles the bench; plates are chosen separately.
Care and maintenance
Wipe the upholstery and frame after each session. Check adjustment pins, bar catches and frame bolts monthly and tighten as needed.
