Like every Mega Power machine, it is built on 50 × 150 mm oval steel tubing with a two-coat, electrostatically applied powder finish; 5 cm of rebonded foam under 15 mm of high-resilience foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex cover, double stitched; dipped PVC handgrips; a flat-belt drive with a tensile strength above 2,280 kg; a 4 mm acrylic shroud; and noise-absorbing cushions under the weight stack. An instructional placard is fitted to every machine.

Space and installation

The MLM300B measures 197 × 138 × 225 cm (77" × 54" × 89") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, handgrips and shroud after each session. Check the belt, pulleys and pivot bearings monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners.
