The Steelflex MG100B is the base unit of Steelflex’s Multi Gym line, combining a chest press, lat pulldown and leg extension on one 95 kg stack and adding a station for chin-ups and abdominal crunches. Dual press movement arms and a classic long pull bar increase the workout options, and the cable-driven system transmits an expedient resistance that promotes efficiency. The MGLPB leg press and MGCCB cable crossover bolt on later to build a three-stack gym.

An instructional placard is fitted to every station.

Care and maintenance
Wipe the upholstery, handgrips and shroud after each session. Check the belt, pulleys and pivot bearings monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.
