Exercises it supports

The rack adds chin-ups for the lats and biceps and dips for the chest and triceps, with several grip widths to choose from.

Like every Mega Power machine, it is built on 50 × 150 mm oval steel tubing with a two-coat, electrostatically applied powder finish; 5 cm of rebonded foam under 15 mm of high-resilience foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex cover, double stitched; dipped PVC handgrips; a flat-belt drive with a tensile strength above 2,280 kg; a 4 mm acrylic shroud; and noise-absorbing cushions under the weight stack. An instructional placard is fitted to every machine.

Space and installation

The MDC2000 measures 318 × 152 × 227 cm with chin-up rack (125" × 60" × 89"); 318 × 152 × 167 cm without (L × W × H). With the chin-up rack fitted the station stands 227 cm tall; without it, 167 cm. Allow about 1.5 m of clear floor in front of the columns for cable exercises and 0.5 m around each stack. No power is needed. Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, handgrips and shroud after each session. Check the belt, pulleys and pivot bearings monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.
