An instructional placard is fitted to every machine.

Space and installation

The M3DBR measures 227 × 146 × 208 cm (89" × 57" × 82") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, handgrips and shroud after each session.
