JGRM1700 Seated Row

Brand: Steelflex · Model: JGRM1700 · Category: Pin Loaded

The Steelflex JGRM1700 Seated Row is a commercial cable seated row machine from Steelflex’s Jungle Gym series, built for gyms that want a row station with interchangeable pulleys and handles. A snap link on the cable lets members change pulleys or hand bars for grip variety, tilted pedals and quality upholstery support a full range of motion, and rows can be performed seated or standing, together or one arm at a time. It carries a 97.5 kg (215 lb) weight stack as standard and occupies 181 × 106 cm of floor.

• Snap-link cable takes different pulleys and handles

• 181 × 106 cm footprint

The Steelflex JGRM1700 is the seated row in Steelflex’s Jungle Gym commercial line, built to develop the latissimus dorsi, rear deltoids and biceps in a natural sitting position. The cable-driven system ends in a snap link, so members change pulleys or hand bars for different grips, row seated or standing, and work both arms together or independently with the right accessory.

Who is this machine for?

The JGRM1700 suits commercial gyms, functional-training studios, hotel and corporate fitness centres and premium home gyms in India that want a row station with more exercise variety than a fixed-arm machine. Tilted pedals and chest support suit members of every level.

Muscles worked and key exercises

The seated row targets the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids and middle trapezius, with the rear deltoids and biceps assisting. Changing handles changes the grip width and wrist angle; rowing one arm at a time corrects imbalances; standing rows add the core.

Build quality and adjustment

The tilted pedals and quality upholstery give comfort and support through a full range of motion, the snap link on the cable accepts a range of pulleys and hand bars, and the cable drive runs on 7 × 19 carbon-steel cables rated above 950 kg behind a steel and acrylic shroud.

Like every Jungle Gym machine, it carries a two-coat, electrostatically applied powder finish in black with a vermilion-red texture; 5 cm of rebonded foam under 10 mm of high-density foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex leather cover, double stitched; dipped PVC handgrips; a cable drive on 7 × 19 carbon-steel cables with a tensile strength above 950 kg; a 1 mm steel and 3 mm acrylic shroud; and low-carbon steel weight plates chosen for rust resistance, low noise and durability.

Space and installation

The JGRM1700 measures 181 × 106 × 198 cm (71" × 42" × 78") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine and fits the weight stack on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, handgrips and shroud after each session. Check the belt, pulleys and pivot bearings monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.
