JGBC600 Biceps Curl

Brand: Steelflex · Model: JGBC600 · Category: Pin Loaded

The Steelflex JGBC600 Biceps Curl is a commercial seated biceps curl machine from Steelflex’s Jungle Gym series, built for gyms that want a curl machine with rotating handles and strict joint alignment. An arm-curl pivot with rotating handles and a high-density elbow pad keeps the joints aligned and the shoulders out of the movement, and the slightly tilted pop-pin upholstery fits a wide range of heights while keeping the body straight. It carries a 97.5 kg (215 lb) weight stack as standard and occupies 125 × 103 cm of floor.

• Rotating handles on an arm-curl pivot

• High-density elbow pad for joint alignment

• Pop-pin tilted upholstery for any height

• 97.5 kg weight stack

• Compact 125 × 103 cm footprint

The Steelflex JGBC600 is the seated biceps curl in Steelflex’s Jungle Gym commercial line. The arm-curl pivot carries rotating handles, and a high-density elbow pad keeps the joints aligned while minimising unnecessary shoulder movement; the slightly tilted upholstery adjusts with a pop-pin to a wide range of user heights and helps the body stay straight. Versatile handles offer several grip positions.

Who is this machine for?

The JGBC600 suits commercial gyms, hotel and corporate fitness centres and premium home gyms in India that want a safe, repeatable curl for members of every level, in a compact 125 × 103 cm footprint.

Muscles worked and key exercises

The curl isolates the biceps brachii with the brachialis and brachioradialis assisting. With the upper arms fixed on the pad and the shoulders kept still, the biceps take the whole load, and the rotating handles let the wrist supinate naturally for a stronger contraction.

Build quality and adjustment

The pivot and rotating handles align with the elbow joint, the high-density elbow pad supports the upper arms, and the tilted upholstery adjusts with a pop-pin. The cable drive runs on 7 × 19 carbon-steel cables rated above 950 kg behind a steel and acrylic shroud.

Like every Jungle Gym machine, it carries a two-coat, electrostatically applied powder finish in black with a vermilion-red texture; 5 cm of rebonded foam under 10 mm of high-density foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex leather cover, double stitched; dipped PVC handgrips; a cable drive on 7 × 19 carbon-steel cables with a tensile strength above 950 kg; a 1 mm steel and 3 mm acrylic shroud; and low-carbon steel weight plates chosen for rust resistance, low noise and durability.

Space and installation

The JGBC600 measures 125 × 103 × 168 cm (49" × 41" × 66") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine and fits the weight stack on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, handgrips and shroud after each session. Check the belt, pulleys and pivot bearings monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.
