• High, middle and low foot-rack positions

• 97.5 kg weight stack

• Compact 107 × 134 cm footprint

The Steelflex JGAB900 is the abdominal curl in Steelflex’s Jungle Gym commercial line, a dual-function machine that performs the abdominal crunch and the back extension from the same seated position. An oversized roller with pop-pin adjustment gives a full range of motion with a natural feel, the high-density lumbar pad supports the torso in a correct position, and the foot rack offers high, middle and low locations for any user’s height.

Who is this machine for?

The JGAB900 suits commercial gyms, hotel and corporate fitness centres, physiotherapy settings and premium home gyms in India that want to train the front and back of the core without two machines. Its 107 × 134 cm footprint is among the smallest in the line.

Muscles worked and key exercises

The crunch targets the rectus abdominis with the obliques assisting; the back extension targets the erector spinae with the glutes and hamstrings assisting. Training both on one machine builds a balanced trunk that supports every other lift and improves posture.

Build quality and adjustment

The roller is oversized and adjusts with a pop-pin for crunch or extension, the lumbar pad is high-density foam under cold-latex leather, and the foot rack has three positions. The cable drive runs on 7 × 19 carbon-steel cables rated above 950 kg behind a steel and acrylic shroud.

Like every Jungle Gym machine, it carries a two-coat, electrostatically applied powder finish in black with a vermilion-red texture; 5 cm of rebonded foam under 10 mm of high-density foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex leather cover, double stitched; dipped PVC handgrips; a cable drive on 7 × 19 carbon-steel cables with a tensile strength above 950 kg; a 1 mm steel and 3 mm acrylic shroud; and low-carbon steel weight plates chosen for rust resistance, low noise and durability.

Space and installation

The JGAB900 measures 107 × 134 × 168 cm (42" × 53" × 66") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine and fits the weight stack on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, handgrips and shroud after each session. Check the belt, pulleys and pivot bearings monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.
