The Steelflex JG4000S is the four-station jungle gym in Steelflex’s Jungle Gym commercial line, built so up to four members can train strength simultaneously. Its stations cover lat pulldowns, low-pulley rows, cable crossovers and triceps extensions, developing power and balance across the whole body, and adding one identical pulley station converts it into the five-station JG5000S.

Exercises it supports

Lat pulldowns train the lats and biceps; low-pulley rows the middle back; cable crossovers the chest and front deltoids; triceps extensions the arms; and the adjustable pulleys add chops, rotations, curls and kickbacks for the core, arms and glutes.

Build quality and safety

Each station has its own 97.5 kg stack behind a steel and acrylic shroud, the frame is modular so stations can be added, and the cable drive runs on 7 × 19 carbon-steel cables rated above 950 kg. Floor anchoring is recommended.

Like every Jungle Gym machine, it carries a two-coat, electrostatically applied powder finish in black with a vermilion-red texture; 5 cm of rebonded foam under 10 mm of high-density foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex leather cover, double stitched; dipped PVC handgrips; a cable drive on 7 × 19 carbon-steel cables with a tensile strength above 950 kg; a 1 mm steel and 3 mm acrylic shroud; and low-carbon steel weight plates chosen for rust resistance, low noise and durability.

Space and installation

The JG4000S measures 358 × 243 × 222 cm (141" × 96" × 88") (L × W × H). The JG4000S is 358 cm long, 243 cm deep and 222 cm tall. Allow about 1.5 m of clear floor at each station and at least 2.5 m of ceiling height. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles, levels and anchors the unit and fits all four stacks on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, handgrips and shroud after each session. Check the belt, pulleys and pivot bearings monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.
