The Steelflex HDC2000 is the dual cable column with chin-up station in Steelflex’s Hope commercial line. A heavy-gauge steel mainframe carries two shrouded towers, each with its own selectable 95 kg stack, joined by a chin-up bar, and the linkage configuration is designed to maximise the benefit of every cable movement. Members change accessories to train any muscle group of the body.

Who is this machine for?

The HDC2000 suits commercial gyms, functional-training studios, hotel and corporate fitness centres, apartment-complex gyms and home gyms in India that want cable crossovers, functional cable work and chin-ups in under two square metres of floor. Two stacks let two members train at once.

Exercises it supports

Cable crossovers and pulldowns train the chest and lats; rows, presses, chops and rotations train the back, chest and core; curls, kickbacks and lateral raises train the arms, glutes and shoulders; chin-ups on the top bar train the lats and biceps. Accessory handles, bars and straps change the exercise in seconds.

Build quality and safety

The heavy-gauge mainframe and fully shrouded towers give safety and stability, each tower’s 95 kg stack is selectable to suit different abilities, and the cable drive runs on 7 × 19 carbon-steel cables rated above 950 kg.

Like every Hope-series machine, it is built with a two-coat, electrostatically applied powder finish; 5 cm of rebonded foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex leather cover, double stitched; dipped PVC handgrips; a cable drive on 7 × 19 carbon-steel cables with a tensile strength above 950 kg; a 1 mm carbon-steel shroud; and low-carbon steel weight plates chosen for rust resistance, low noise and durability. An instructional placard is fitted to every machine.

Space and installation

The HDC2000 measures 188 × 115 × 219 cm (74" × 45" × 86") (L × W × H). The HDC2000 stands 219 cm tall on a 188 × 115 cm footprint. Allow about 1.5 m of clear floor in front for cable exercises and at least 2.5 m of ceiling height for chin-ups. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the station and fits both stacks on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, handgrips and shroud after each session. Check the belt, pulleys and pivot bearings monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.
