The Steelflex CLLA380S is the lat pulldown and row attachment for the Club Line CLPR380 power rack. It bolts to the rear of the rack and carries its own 95 kg weight stack with high and low pulleys, so the same footprint that serves squats, presses and pull-ups also serves lat pulldowns and seated rows.

Exercises it supports
Lat pulldowns from the high pulley target the latissimus dorsi with the biceps and rear deltoids assisting; low rows target the middle back, rhomboids and lats; triceps pushdowns, curls and face pulls add the arms and rear shoulders.

An instructional placard is fitted to every machine.

Care and maintenance
Wipe the upholstery, handgrips and shroud after each session. Check the belt, pulleys and pivot bearings monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.
