• Oversized tibia roller and thigh cushion

• 156 × 141 cm footprint

The Steelflex CL2EC is the leg extension and leg curl station in Steelflex’s Club Line of dual-function machines, built to the series’ standard of biomechanics and ergonomics. A professional dial lets members work extensions or curls from the same seat, the oversized tibia roller and thigh support cushion give soft support while keeping the back out of the movement, and multi-point adjustment accommodates users of different fitness abilities.

Who is this machine for?

The CL2EC suits commercial gyms, hotel and corporate fitness centres, physiotherapy settings, apartment-complex gyms and home gyms in India that want the quad-hamstring pair without two machines.

Exercises it supports

The leg extension isolates the quadriceps; the seated leg curl isolates the hamstrings with the gastrocnemius assisting. Training both on one machine keeps the knee balanced and makes a superset of the two a matter of turning the dial.

Build quality and adjustment

The dial switches the movement arm between extension and curl, the tibia roller is oversized and adjustable, the thigh cushion holds the legs down, and the adjustments have multiple points. The cable drive runs on 7 × 19 carbon-steel cables rated above 950 kg behind a 1 mm steel shroud.

Like every Club Line machine, it carries a two-coat, electrostatically applied powder finish in black with a vermilion-red texture; 5 cm of rebonded foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex leather cover, double stitched; dipped PVC handgrips; a cable drive on 7 × 19 carbon-steel cables with a tensile strength above 950 kg; a 1 mm steel shroud; and one-piece steel weight plates chosen for rust resistance, low noise and durability. An instructional placard is fitted to every machine.

Space and installation

The CL2EC measures 156 × 141 × 161 cm (62" × 55" × 63") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine and fits the weight stack on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, handgrips and shroud after each session. Check the belt, pulleys and pivot bearings monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.

Frequently asked questions

How do I switch between extension and curl on the Steelflex CL2EC?

Turn the professional dial to move the start position of the movement arm: in front of the shins for the extension, behind the calves for the curl. The user stays seated.

Is a combined extension and curl machine as good as two separate ones?

For most facilities, yes. The CL2EC isolates each muscle group cleanly; high-volume gyms that expect queues at both exercises may prefer separate machines such as the Hope HLE200 and HLC400.

What warranty does the Steelflex CL2EC have in India?

Luxe Fitness offers up to 5 years warranty on this machine, covering frame, major moving parts and upholstery on separate terms. Ask us for the warranty card for your exact model before purchase.
