CL2CR Chess Press / Back Row

Brand: Steelflex · Model: CL2CR · Category: Pin Loaded

The Steelflex CL2CR Chest Press / Back Row is a commercial dual-function chest press and seated row machine from Steelflex’s Club Line series, built for gyms that want a push and a pull from one seat. A biomechanical movement arm switches between chest press and back row in a comfortable seated position, a single pop-pin on the high-density padding fits a broad range of sizes, and a heavy-gauge mainframe keeps the station stable. It carries a 95 kg (210 lb) weight stack as standard and occupies 160 × 104 cm of floor.

• Chest press and seated row in one

• Biomechanical switchable movement arm

• Single pop-pin padding adjustment

• 95 kg weight stack

• 160 × 104 cm footprint

The Steelflex CL2CR is the chest press and back row station in Steelflex’s Club Line of dual-function machines, an innovative design that pairs a push and a pull on one frame. The biomechanical movement arm switches between the press and the row while the user stays seated, a single pop-pin on the high-density padding accommodates a broad range of user sizes, and the heavy-gauge mainframe gives safety and stability.

Who is this machine for?

The CL2CR suits commercial gyms, hotel and corporate fitness centres, apartment-complex gyms and home gyms in India that want to train the chest and the back without two machines. The push-pull pairing makes supersets simple.

Exercises it supports

The chest press targets the pectoralis major with the anterior deltoids and triceps assisting; the seated row targets the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids and middle trapezius with the rear deltoids and biceps assisting. Pairing the two trains the upper body in balance.

Build quality and adjustment

The movement arm follows a biomechanical path in both directions, the padding adjusts with one pop-pin, and the heavy-gauge mainframe carries a cable drive on 7 × 19 carbon-steel cables rated above 950 kg behind a 1 mm steel shroud.

Like every Club Line machine, it carries a two-coat, electrostatically applied powder finish in black with a vermilion-red texture; 5 cm of rebonded foam with a CGPC PVC cold-latex leather cover, double stitched; dipped PVC handgrips; a cable drive on 7 × 19 carbon-steel cables with a tensile strength above 950 kg; a 1 mm steel shroud; and one-piece steel weight plates chosen for rust resistance, low noise and durability. An instructional placard is fitted to every machine.

Space and installation

The CL2CR measures 160 × 104 × 207 cm (63" × 41" × 82") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine and fits the weight stack on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, handgrips and shroud after each session. Check the belt, pulleys and pivot bearings monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.

Can I superset chest and back on the Steelflex CL2CR?

Yes. Because the switch takes seconds, members alternate a set of presses with a set of rows without moving.

What warranty does the Steelflex CL2CR have in India?

Luxe Fitness offers up to 5 years warranty on this machine, covering frame, major moving parts and upholstery on separate terms. Ask us for the warranty card for your exact model before purchase.
