Spectrum All-In-One Elliptical

Brand: TRUE Fitness · Model: SPECTRUM · Category: Elliptical

The TRUE Spectrum is a stepper, elliptical and runner in one commercial machine. Its stride adjusts from 33 to 76 cm in 2.5 cm steps, quick keys jump straight to a 33 cm step, a 53 cm stride or a 76 cm run, and TRUE’s Core Drive keeps the motion stable throughout. A 600-watt maximum workload and 181 kg user limit round it out.

• 33–76 cm adjustable stride, one of the widest ranges available

• Quick keys for step, stride and run

• Core Drive system for a stable, centred motion

• Up to 600 watts with Cardio 360 programming

• 181 kg maximum user weight

The TRUE Spectrum is the all-in-one elliptical in TRUE Fitness’s Vapor commercial series. A stride that adjusts from 33 to 76 cm in 2.5 cm increments lets the same machine behave as a stepper, an elliptical and a runner, and three quick keys move between those modes in one press. TRUE’s patented Core Drive keeps body weight centred over the drive so the motion feels stable at every stride length.

Who is this machine for?

The Spectrum suits commercial gyms, hotel and corporate fitness centres, universities and studios that want one machine to cover stepping, striding and running for members of every height. Its 181 kg maximum user weight, cushioned footpads and brushed-aluminium side steps suit a broad membership.

Key workout benefits

A short 33 cm stride turns the Spectrum into a stepper that loads the glutes and quads; a 53 cm stride gives a classic elliptical; and a 76 cm stride opens into a full running motion. Changing stride mid-session works different muscle groups without changing machines, and Cardio 360 programming guides total-body sessions with upper-body and lower-body isolation.

Stride and workload keys sit on the MultiGrip moving handles, so users adjust the workout without reaching for the console. The hybrid self-generating brake delivers up to 600 watts, and heart rate is read through centre contact grips or a Polar-compatible strap.

Build quality and user experience

Soft-step cushioned anti-fatigue footpads reduce fatigue on long sessions, brushed-aluminium textured side steps give a secure stance, and a quiet stride motor with a removable activity guard keeps the floor calm. The frame is robotically welded heavy-gauge steel.

Space, installation and power

The Spectrum occupies 198 × 91 cm of floor and weighs 193 kg, so check the delivery route. Leave about 0.6 m clear on each side for mounting and dismounting and check ceiling height for the tallest user at the top of the stride. The stride motor needs a mains socket; TRUE supplies a 220 V version for India, which our team arranges before delivery.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the handles, footpads, side steps and console after each session and keep the rails free of dust and sweat. Check footpad and handle fasteners monthly and run the stride through its full range as part of routine inspection. If the motion develops play or noise, book a service visit rather than opening the housing.

Frequently asked questions

What stride lengths does the TRUE Spectrum offer?

The Spectrum adjusts from 33 to 76 cm in 2.5 cm steps, with quick keys for 33 cm (step), 53 cm (stride) and 76 cm (run). That range is among the widest on any commercial elliptical.

What is the difference between the TRUE Spectrum and XT-One?

Both are all-in-one Vapor-series machines with a 600-watt maximum and a 181 kg user limit. The Spectrum uses Core Drive with a 33–76 cm stride that spans stepper to runner, while the XT-One pairs a 51–71 cm stride with ten incline levels for hiking and climbing paths.

Does the TRUE Spectrum need to be plugged in?

Yes. The Spectrum’s stride adjustment is motorised, so it needs a mains socket; TRUE supplies a 220 V version for India.

What warranty does the TRUE Spectrum have in India?

Luxe Fitness offers up to 5 years warranty on this machine, covering frame, major moving parts and electronics on separate terms. Ask us for the warranty card for your exact model before purchase.
