Brand: TRUE Fitness · Category: Pin Loaded

The TRUE SD-1001 Biceps / Triceps is a commercial dual-function biceps curl and triceps extension from TRUE’s Force series, built for apartment, hotel and community gyms that want a complete arm station on one footprint. A six-position seat with lumbar support adjusts on a one-way ratchet, three start positions for both curls and extensions set the range, and a rotating arm assembly gives comfort and support through each movement. It carries a 79 kg (175 lb) weight stack as standard (116 kg (255 lb) heavy stack optional) and occupies 135 × 122 cm of floor.

• Six-position ratchet seat with lumbar support

• Rotating arm assembly

• 79 kg stack, 116 kg optional

The TRUE SD-1001 is the biceps and triceps machine in TRUE Fitness’s Force series, an essential piece for any fitness setting that accommodates users of all sizes with a customisable, comfortable workout. The six-position seat with lumbar support adjusts on a one-way ratchet, three start positions for both curls and extensions let users choose their range of motion, and the rotating arm assembly supports the arms through each movement.

Who is this machine for?

The SD-1001 suits apartment-complex and multi-family gyms, hotels and resorts, community and corporate fitness centres and premium home gyms in India that want both arm movements without two machines. The weight stack ships at 79 kg with a 116 kg heavy stack available.

Exercises it supports

The curl isolates the biceps brachii with the brachialis and brachioradialis assisting; the extension isolates the triceps brachii. With the upper arms supported, neither movement lets the shoulders swing the weight, and the three start positions suit different arm lengths.

Build quality and adjustment

The seat adjusts through six positions on a one-way ratchet with lumbar support, the start position has three settings for each exercise, the arm assembly rotates, and the adjustments are clearly labelled and colour coded. The machine weighs 209 kg with the standard stack and 246 kg with the heavy stack.

Like every Force-series machine, it is TRUE’s all-inclusive dual-function design for facilities with limited space and budget, from community centres and multi-family residences to hotels and resorts: sleek, fully shrouded, with clearly labelled colour-coded adjustments and TRUE’s matte-black powder coat with custom frame colours and 18 upholstery options. TRUE backs the frame and welds for 10 years with 5 years on bearings, bushings, pulleys, plates and guide rods.

Space and installation

The SD-1001 measures 135 × 122 × 145 cm (53" × 48" × 57") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine and fits the weight stack on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, grips and shroud after each session. Check the cables, pulleys and gas cylinders monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.
