The TRUE Rō brings a club-grade rowing machine into the home. No socket is needed, and it supports users up to 160 kg.

• Fan plus 10-level magnetic resistance

• No power socket required

• 7-inch backlit console with Bluetooth heart rate

• Tilts upright for storage in an apartment

• 160 kg maximum user weight

This is the home listing for TRUE Fitness’s Rō, the same rower TRUE sells to commercial gyms, offered here for apartments, villas and home gyms in Bangalore. A fan provides resistance that rises as you pull harder, a magnetic brake adds ten fixed levels, and because the console is self-powered the Rō can live anywhere with a level floor and 2.4 m of rail space.

Who is this rower for?

The Rō suits home users who want one machine for full-body cardio without impact on the knees, couples and families who share equipment (quick-release foot straps make changeovers fast), and anyone short on space: it stores upright at 236 cm tall on a footprint little bigger than its front end.

Key workout benefits

A rowing stroke works the legs, hips, back, core and arms together, so twenty minutes on the Rō is a complete session. Use the fan alone for a natural, water-like feel, or add magnetic levels for steady, strength-style intervals. The console’s calorie meter shows your current and best effort side by side, and the Max 14 Interval programme (25 seconds hard, 80 seconds easy) is a ready-made HIIT workout.

The MultiGrip handlebar gives several hand positions and allows kayaking and canoeing strokes for variety, and a Bluetooth chest strap can be paired for heart-rate training.

Build quality and user experience

A 43 cm seat height makes getting on and off easy, the comfort seat supports longer rows, and an oversized handlebar catch and docking station keep the belt-driven handle parked between sessions. The frame rolls into place and tilts up for storage.

Space, installation and storage

In use the Rō measures 239 × 61 × 119 cm (L × W × H); allow about 0.6 m behind the seat at full extension and 0.5 m on each side. Stored upright it is 236 cm tall, so check ceiling height where it will stand. Luxe Fitness delivers and assembles it and shows you how to tilt and store it safely.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the handle, seat, rail and foot straps after each session and keep the rail free of dust so the seat glides freely. Check the foot straps and belt monthly and book a service visit if the stroke develops noise or the magnetic levels stop responding.

Frequently asked questions

Is the TRUE Rō good for a small apartment?

Yes. It needs 239 × 61 cm in use but tilts upright to store at 236 cm tall, and it is self-powered, so it can stand anywhere without a socket.

How is the Rō different from an air-only rower?

An air rower relies on the fan alone, so resistance depends entirely on how hard you pull. The Rō adds a 10-level magnetic brake, letting you set a fixed load for steady intervals or ease the fan’s feel for a quieter session.

What does the TRUE Rō console show?

The 7-inch backlit LCD shows strokes per minute, watts, distance, time, calories and heart rate, plus a calorie meter comparing current and peak effort.

What warranty does the TRUE Rō have in India?

Luxe Fitness offers up to 5 years warranty on this rower, covering frame, major moving parts and electronics on separate terms. Ask us for the warranty card for your exact model before purchase.

What is the price of the TRUE Rō rower in India?
