The Turbuster Rise R is the recumbent bike in Turbuster’s Rise commercial series, built for comfortable, effective sessions on a shared floor. Who is this bike for?

The Rise R suits commercial gyms, hotel and corporate fitness centres, senior-fitness and rehabilitation settings and apartment-complex gyms in India where members want low-impact cardio with back support. Forty seat positions fit riders of every leg length, and the 181 kg maximum user weight covers a broad membership.

Key workout benefits

Twenty-four levels of resistance up to 250 watts cover gentle recovery rides through steady efforts while the reclined position keeps load off the knees and lower back. The display shows time, calories, resistance, RPM, pulse and level, with heart rate taken from the hand sensors.

Build quality and user experience

A wrap-around seat-adjustment lever is easy to find and reach from the saddle, brushed stainless-steel vents keep the frame cool and tidy, and dual-sided pedals with integrated ratcheting straps keep the feet secure. Adjustment levers at the base level the bike on uneven floors, and front wheels roll it into position.

Space and installation

The Rise R measures 179 × 66 × 131 cm (L × W × H) and weighs 98 kg. Leave about 0.6 m clear beside the seat for getting on and off. Luxe Fitness delivers and assembles the bike, levels it and sets the seat before handover, and confirms the power arrangement for your console.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the seat, backrest, handles, pedals and display after each session, and check the pedal straps and seat slide weekly. Keep the area under the bike free of dust. Book a service visit if resistance becomes uneven or the display stops reading.

Frequently asked questions

Is a recumbent bike like the Rise R good for bad knees or back pain?

A recumbent bike keeps the body reclined with the back supported and the knees working at a comfortable angle, which many people with knee or lower-back discomfort find easier than an upright bike. Anyone with an injury should check with their doctor or physiotherapist first.

What is the difference between the Turbuster Rise R and Select-R?

The Rise R has 24 quick-touch levels, a 7 kg flywheel, a 10-inch LED display and 40 seat positions on a 179 cm frame. The Select-R has 32 levels, a 12 kg flywheel, a 7-inch LCD with 34 programmes and audio/video, and a mesh suspension seat on a shorter 142 cm frame.
