The Inspire RSB Revolving Straight Bar is a home and studio 48 cm revolving straight bar cable attachment from Inspire’s Inspire Fitness accessories series, built for anyone who wants a short straight bar that turns freely on the cable. A revolving swivel lets the bar turn naturally through the movement, and its contoured steel grip suits pushdowns, curls, upright rows and short-range pulldowns on one pulley. It occupies 8 × 48 cm of floor.

The Inspire RSB revolving straight bar is engineered for maximum control and fluid movement: its revolving design allows a smooth, natural range of motion, and the durable, ergonomically contoured steel bar sits comfortably in the grip, which makes it ideal for the lats, shoulders and upper back on an Inspire trainer or any cable machine.

Who is this machine for?

The RSB suits home and studio users in India who want a compact straight bar for single-pulley work on a functional trainer, multi-gym or cable column.

Exercises it supports

Triceps pushdowns train the triceps; cable curls the biceps; upright rows the deltoids and traps; straight-arm pulldowns the lats; the swivel keeps the wrists neutral through each movement.

Build quality and compatibility

The bar is black steel with a contoured grip and a revolving swivel fitting, 8 × 48 cm, weighing 0.9 kg.

Like every Inspire Fitness attachment, it is built to commercial-grade standards to match the FT1, FTX, FT2 PRO, SF3, SF6 and SCS trainers and the M-series multi-gyms, and its carabiner or hook fitting is universal, so it works on most cable machines and functional trainers from other brands too.

Space and installation

The RSB measures 8 × 48 cm (3" × 19") (L × W × H). Clips to a single pulley; stores on the trainer’s accessory rack.

Care and maintenance

Wipe grips and padding after use and store on the trainer’s accessory rack. Check stitching, hooks, carabiners and swivels monthly and retire any attachment that frays or cracks.
