Who is this machine for?

The R959 suits apartment-complex and society gyms, hotels, corporate fitness rooms, start-up gyms and premium home gyms in India that want hamstrings trained seated at a value price.

Exercises it supports

The seated leg curl targets the hamstrings with the gastrocnemius assisting. Training the hamstrings balances quad-dominant presses and extensions, protects the knee and improves sprinting and jumping power.

Build quality and adjustment

The seat is upright with easy-access adjustments, the pads are HD foam under commercial vinyl, the 80 kg stack runs on PVC-coated cable over sealed-bearing pulleys, and the frame is blended 11-gauge oval tubing.

Like every R Series machine, it is fabricated from a blend of 11-gauge oval steel tubing, runs 6 mm PVC-coated twisted-steel cable tested to 100,000 cycles at up to 1,590 kg over nylon pulleys with sealed bearings in protective metal casings, and seats the user on die-punched high-density foam over 25 mm plywood in tear-resistant commercial vinyl. The 80 kg weight stack makes the R Series Turbuster’s value line for facilities that want E Series biomechanics at a lower price.

Space and installation
