PLS–1200 Leg Extension
Brand: TRUE Fitness · Category: Plate Loaded
The TRUE PLS-1200 Leg Extension is a full-commercial plate-loaded leg extension with off-axis pivot from TRUE’s Palladium series, built for commercial gyms that want a quad machine with no knee alignment or shin-pad adjustment. An off-axis pivot allows natural knee placement without lining up with a fixed point, a self-adjusting shin pad removes the usual adjustment, and a gas-assisted six-position seat back gives smooth, stable positioning. It occupies 140 × 124 cm of floor.

Plate loaded
The TRUE PLS-1200 is the leg extension in TRUE Fitness’s Palladium plate-loaded line, designed for seamless movement and user comfort. Its off-axis pivot allows natural knee placement without requiring alignment to a fixed point, the self-adjusting shin pad eliminates unnecessary adjustments, and a gas-assisted six-position seat back ensures smooth, stable positioning.
Who is this machine for?
The PLS-1200 suits commercial gyms, strength and athletic facilities, university and corporate fitness centres and premium home gyms in India that want a leg extension members can use with almost no setup and load with plates.
Muscles worked and key exercises
The leg extension isolates the quadriceps, all four heads, with no help from the glutes or hamstrings. Because the pivot is off axis, the resistance curve stays correct wherever the knees sit on the pad.
Build quality and adjustment
The off-axis pivot frees the knee position, the shin pad adjusts itself to the leg, the seat back adjusts through six positions on a gas cylinder, and the plate horn takes standard Olympic plates, with an instruction placard and height-adjustment guide fitted.
Like every Palladium machine, it is TRUE’s premium plate-loaded design: unilateral lever arms that converge or diverge along the natural arc of the joint, gas-assisted seat adjustment, built-in weight-storage posts, an instruction placard and a height-adjustment guide, finished in matte-black powder coat with custom frame colours and 18 upholstery options. Resistance comes from the Olympic plates the facility already owns. TRUE backs the frame and welds for 10 years with 5 years on bearings, bushings and pulleys.
Space and installation
The PLS-1200 measures 140 × 124 × 109 cm (55" × 49" × 43") (L × W × H). The PLS-1200 measures 140 × 124 × 109 cm (L × W × H). Allow about 0.6 m clear at the plate horn for loading and 0.6 m on the user side. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine; plates are chosen separately.
Care and maintenance
Wipe the upholstery and grips after each session and unload plates between users. Check the pivot bearings, gas cylinders, plate horns and lock-outs monthly and tighten frame bolts quarterly. Book a service visit if any pivot develops play or noise.

Frequently asked questions
Why does the TRUE PLS-1200 use an off-axis pivot?
Conventional extensions need the knee lined up with the pivot. The PLS-1200’s offset pivot keeps the resistance curve correct wherever the knees sit, so members start without adjusting and the movement feels natural for every leg length.
What is the difference between the TRUE PLS-1200 and PLS-1300?
The PLS-1200 extends the knee to train the quadriceps; the PLS-1300 is the standing leg curl that flexes it to train the hamstrings.
What warranty does the TRUE PLS-1200 have in India?
Luxe Fitness offers up to 5 years warranty on this machine, covering frame, major moving parts and upholstery on separate terms. Ask us for the warranty card for your exact model before purchase.
