Three-position gas-assisted seat
The TRUE PLS-0400 is the seated row in TRUE Fitness’s Palladium plate-loaded line, designed to enhance strength and performance. Unilateral arms with dual-grip handles guide users through a full range of motion for maximum muscle engagement, a chest pad and a single centre post give stability during one-arm rows, the three-position seat adjusts on a gas cylinder, and six built-in weight-storage posts organise plates.
Who is this machine for?
The PLS-0400 suits commercial gyms, strength and athletic facilities, university and corporate fitness centres and premium home gyms in India that want a heavy row machine members can use one arm at a time with the grip they prefer.
Muscles worked and key exercises
The seated row targets the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids and middle trapezius, with the rear deltoids and biceps assisting. The dual-grip handles switch between neutral and pronated grips, rowing one arm at a time corrects imbalances, and the chest pad keeps the lower back out of the movement.
Build quality and adjustment
The arms are independent and diverge to maximise shoulder articulation, the handles offer two grips, the chest pad supports the torso and the centre post gives a hold for one-arm work, the seat adjusts through three positions on a gas cylinder, and six storage posts hold plates.
Like every Palladium machine, it is TRUE’s premium plate-loaded design: unilateral lever arms that converge or diverge along the natural arc of the joint, gas-assisted seat adjustment, built-in weight-storage posts, an instruction placard and a height-adjustment guide, finished in matte-black powder coat with custom frame colours and 18 upholstery options. Resistance comes from the Olympic plates the facility already owns. TRUE backs the frame and welds for 10 years with 5 years on bearings, bushings and pulleys.
Space and installation
The PLS-0400 measures 145 × 165 × 165 cm (57" × 65" × 65") (L × W × H). The PLS-0400 measures 145 × 165 × 165 cm (L × W × H). Allow about 0.8 m clear on each side for loading plates and 0.6 m on the user side. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine; plates are chosen separately.
Care and maintenance
Wipe the upholstery and grips after each session and unload plates between users. Check the pivot bearings, gas cylinders, plate horns and lock-outs monthly and tighten frame bolts quarterly. Book a service visit if any pivot develops play or noise.
