The TRUE PLS-0100 is the chest press in TRUE Fitness’s Palladium plate-loaded line, designed for customisable performance. Unique five-position handles let users set the start position and range of motion that suits them, the unilateral press arms converge to enhance shoulder articulation and ensure a full range of motion, the six-position seat adjusts on a gas cylinder, and six weight-storage posts keep plates within reach.

Who is this machine for?

The PLS-0100 suits commercial gyms, strength and athletic facilities, university and corporate fitness centres and premium home gyms in India that want the free-weight feel of a plate-loaded press with the safety of a fixed arc and the loading range plates allow.

Muscles worked and key exercises

The chest press targets the pectoralis major with the anterior deltoids and triceps assisting. Converging arms bring the hands toward the midline as a natural press does, the five handle positions move the emphasis across the chest, and pressing one arm at a time corrects imbalances.

Build quality and adjustment

The handles adjust through five positions and the seat through six on a gas cylinder for stable, friction-free changes, the press arms are independent and converge, the plate horns take standard Olympic plates and six storage posts hold spares, with an instruction placard and height-adjustment guide fitted.

Like every Palladium machine, it is TRUE’s premium plate-loaded design: unilateral lever arms that converge or diverge along the natural arc of the joint, gas-assisted seat adjustment, built-in weight-storage posts, an instruction placard and a height-adjustment guide, finished in matte-black powder coat with custom frame colours and 18 upholstery options. Resistance comes from the Olympic plates the facility already owns. TRUE backs the frame and welds for 10 years with 5 years on bearings, bushings and pulleys.

Space and installation

The PLS-0100 measures 124 × 185 × 196 cm (49" × 73" × 77") (L × W × H). The PLS-0100 measures 124 × 185 × 196 cm (L × W × H). Allow about 0.8 m clear on each side for loading plates and 0.6 m on the user side. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine; plates are chosen separately.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery and grips after each session and unload plates between users. Check the pivot bearings, gas cylinders, plate horns and lock-outs monthly and tighten frame bolts quarterly. Book a service visit if any pivot develops play or noise.
