• Aero bars and armrests for a road-bike position

• Eddy-current brake, 25 or 30 levels by console

• FTMS and Zwift compatible

• Fore/aft seat adjustment, 42.5 cm step-over

• 159 kg maximum user weight

The TRUE Performance Series Upright Bike is TRUE Fitness’s premium home upright, built with commercial-grade components around a riding position closer to a road bike than a typical exercise bike. A single-stage Poly-V belt drive and three-piece forged-steel crank turn an eddy-current brake, which gives silent, consistent resistance across 25 levels on the Emerge console or 30 on the touchscreen consoles.

Who is this bike for?

The bike suits home cyclists and triathletes who want to train indoors on Zwift or other FTMS apps, families who share one machine (consoles store multiple user profiles), and riders who want a compact bike with a low 42.5 cm step-over. Its 159 kg maximum user weight covers most households.

Key workout benefits

Aero bars and armrests let riders settle into a long-distance position and generate leverage for hard efforts, while HRC Cruise Control holds a target heart rate by adjusting resistance automatically. FTMS compatibility connects the bike to Zwift and similar apps so resistance follows the virtual road.

Heart rate is read through contact grips, and the consoles track speed, distance, time, calories and heart rate, with built-in workouts and HRC programmes.

Build quality and user experience

A universal seat post with fore-and-aft precision adjustment and a full-foam stitched seat set the rider’s position exactly, dual-sided weighted pedals with integrated ratcheting straps keep the feet secure, and multi-position handlebars wear moisture-resistant sleeves. The frame is robotically welded heavy-gauge steel, and two front transport wheels move the 56 kg bike.

Space, installation and power

The bike occupies 112 × 61 cm of floor and stands 149 cm tall. Leave about 0.6 m clear on each side for mounting and dismounting. It needs a mains socket; the 220 V version is supplied for India, which our team arranges before delivery.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the handlebars, aero bars, seat and console after each ride, and check the pedal straps and seat post clamp weekly. The belt and eddy-current brake need no lubrication or pad changes; book a service visit if resistance becomes uneven or the console stops reading.
