The frame is rated to 160 kg and weighs 44 kg.

• Air resistance with 10 damper levels

• One-piece cycle-chain drive

• Backlit LCD with watts, pace per 500 m and Bluetooth heart rate

• Moulded, thick-padded PU seat

• 160 kg frame rating, 44 kg machine

The Centr Perform Series Rower is built to the standard of elite training environments and sold as part of the equipment line Centr makes as the Official Equipment Provider of HYROX. Air resistance gives the natural, responsive feel rowers expect, the harder you pull the harder it pulls back, and ten damper levels set the drag for everything from steady-state cardio to sprint intervals.

Who is this rower for?

The Perform Series Rower suits HYROX athletes and affiliate gyms, HIIT and functional-training studios, commercial gyms and home gyms in India that want a durable air rower with accurate metrics. The seated, no-impact motion trains legs, back, core and cardiovascular fitness together, and the frame is rated to 160 kg.

Key workout benefits

Rowing works roughly 85% of the body’s muscle in one movement, and the console reports strokes per minute, time, watts, average watts, calories per hour, time per 500 m, average pace, distance and pulse, so sessions can be paced against a target. Bluetooth heart-rate pairing tracks intensity in real time, and three months of performance training in the Centr app are included.

Build quality and user experience

A one-piece cycle-chain drive delivers a smooth, natural stroke, the moulded thick-padded PU-foam seat supports longer sessions, and the backlit LCD sits behind a protective membrane with a phone holder beside it. The frame is engineered for gym use but light enough, at 44 kg, to move at home.

Space and installation

In use the rower measures 241 × 62 × 112 cm (L × W × H); Centr recommends about 2 m of open area behind the rower and 0.6 m on each side. No power socket is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers and assembles the rower and positions it where the floor is level.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the handle, seat, rail and foot straps after each session and keep the rail free of dust so the seat glides freely. Check the chain and foot straps monthly and book a service visit if the stroke develops noise or the console stops responding.

Frequently asked questions

What does the damper on the Centr Perform Series Rower do?

The ten damper levels change how much air reaches the fan. A lower setting feels like a light, fast boat; a higher setting feels heavier and slower, like a loaded boat, similar to gearing on a bicycle.

Does the Centr Perform Series Rower need to be plugged in?

No. The rower has no motor and its console is self-contained, so it can be placed anywhere on the floor.

Is this the rower used at HYROX events?

Centr is the Official Equipment Provider of HYROX and the Perform Series Rower is part of its training and competition equipment line.

What warranty does the Centr Perform Series Rower have in India?

Luxe Fitness offers up to 5 years warranty on this rower, covering frame and major moving parts on separate terms. Ask us for the warranty card for your exact model before purchase.
