Launch Elliptical

Brand: TRUE Fitness · Model: LAUNCH-E · Category: Elliptical

The TRUE Launch Elliptical is the entry point to TRUE Fitness’s commercial cross-trainers: the same patented Core Drive system and hybrid self-generating brake with 30 resistance levels up to 450 watts, a 53 cm stride and a 181 kg user limit, on a frame just 107 cm long. With the LED console it runs without a mains socket.

• Core Drive system for a balanced, upright stride

• 30 resistance levels up to 450 watts

• 53 cm stride, 5 cm Q-factor

• Frame only 107 cm long, self-generating with LED console

• 181 kg maximum user weight

The TRUE Launch Elliptical brings TRUE Fitness’s commercial construction and patented Core Drive system to facilities with lighter traffic and tighter budgets. The front-mounted drive keeps body weight centred for a stable stride, a hybrid self-generating brake gives 30 resistance levels up to 450 watts, and the LED-console version needs no mains socket.

Who is this elliptical for?

The Launch Elliptical suits apartment-complex and hotel fitness rooms, corporate wellness centres, clinics, rehabilitation settings and smaller studios where usage is steady rather than non-stop. Its 181 kg maximum user weight covers most members, and the 107 cm frame fits where larger ellipticals will not.

Key workout benefits

Thirty resistance levels give fine control from gentle recovery sessions to brisk cardio, and the 53 cm stride suits users of different heights. The UNITE consoles add programmes including HRC Cruise Control, which holds a target heart rate by adjusting resistance, with heart rate read through the contact grips.

Build quality and user experience

Moulded anti-slip footpads with a textured pattern, sweat-resistant exercise arms and non-slip textured side steps are specified for shared use. The frame is robotically welded heavy-gauge steel, the narrow 5 cm Q-factor keeps the feet close together for a natural gait, and two front transport wheels make repositioning possible.

Ecofit asset management lets facilities track usage and service across their TRUE fleet.

Space, installation and power

The Launch Elliptical occupies 107 × 76 cm of floor and stands 163 cm tall; allow for the 178 cm active footprint when the arms are in motion and leave about 0.6 m clear on each side for mounting and dismounting. The step-up height is 23 cm. With the UNITE LED console the machine is self-powered; the touchscreen consoles need a mains socket, which our team arranges before delivery.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the handles, footpads, side steps and console after each session and keep the rails and pedal arms free of dust and sweat. Check footpad and handle fasteners monthly. If the stride develops play or noise, or resistance becomes uneven, book a service visit rather than opening the housing.
