Brand: TRUE Fitness · Category: Pin Loaded

The TRUE FUSE-1400 Abdominal is a full-commercial selectorised seated abdominal crunch machine from TRUE’s Fuse XL series, built for commercial gyms that want an isolated, pelvis-stabilised crunch for every member. A contoured lumbar pad stabilises the pelvis to isolate the abdominals, a four-position roller pad with dual hand grips lets the user set the range, and the low open frame makes entry and exit easy. It carries a 77 kg (170 lb) weight stack as standard (113 kg (250 lb) heavy stack optional) and occupies 117 × 89 cm of floor.

• Low open frame for easy entry

• 77 kg stack, 113 kg optional

• Compact 117 × 89 cm footprint

The TRUE FUSE-1400 is the abdominal machine in TRUE Fitness’s Fuse XL line, an easy-entry, easy-exit design that stabilises the pelvis for enhanced isolation of the abdominal region. The four-position roller pad with dual hand grips lets users set their range of motion, the contoured lumbar pad encourages pelvic stabilisation, and the five-position seat moves on a gas-assisted four-bar linkage.

Who is this machine for?

The FUSE-1400 suits commercial gyms, university and corporate fitness centres, hotels and premium home gyms in India that want a loaded crunch members of every level can perform with correct form. The weight stack ships at 77 kg with a 113 kg heavy stack available.

Muscles worked and key exercises

The crunch targets the rectus abdominis with the obliques and hip flexors assisting. Because the lumbar pad stabilises the pelvis, the abdominals, not the hip flexors, drive the movement, and the stack lets resistance grow in small, measurable steps.

Build quality and adjustment

The roller pad adjusts through four positions and carries dual hand grips, the lumbar pad is contoured, the seat adjusts through five positions on the gas-assisted linkage, and the frame is low and open. The machine weighs 187 kg with the standard stack and 223 kg with the heavy stack.

Like every Fuse XL machine, it carries TRUE’s matte-black powder-coat frame with custom frame colours and 18 upholstery options, a height-adjustment guide that shows the correct seat position for the user’s height, a step-by-step exercise chart, an accessory tray with cup holder and an integrated towel holder. Seat adjustments run on a four-bar linkage with gas-cylinder assist for stable, low-friction changes, and TRUE backs the frame and welds for 10 years with 5 years on bearings, bushings, pulleys, plates and guide rods.

Space and installation

The FUSE-1400 measures 117 × 89 × 160 cm (46" × 35" × 63") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine and fits the weight stack on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, grips and shroud after each session. Check the cables, pulleys and gas cylinders monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.
