The TRUE FUSE-1200 is the seated row in TRUE Fitness’s Fuse XL line. Who is this machine for?

The FUSE-1200 suits commercial gyms, university and corporate fitness centres, hotels and premium home gyms in India that want a row members can perform one arm at a time with the grip they prefer. The weight stack ships at 77 kg with a 113 kg heavy stack available.

Muscles worked and key exercises

The seated row targets the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids and middle trapezius, with the rear deltoids and biceps assisting. The rotating handles let the wrist turn from pronated to neutral through the pull, rowing one arm at a time corrects imbalances, and the chest pad keeps the lower back out of the movement.

Build quality and adjustment

The arms are independent and diverge, the handles rotate freely, the chest pad adjusts through eight positions and the seat through five on the gas-assisted linkage. The machine weighs 208 kg with the standard stack and 244 kg with the heavy stack.

Like every Fuse XL machine, it carries TRUE’s matte-black powder-coat frame with custom frame colours and 18 upholstery options, a height-adjustment guide that shows the correct seat position for the user’s height, a step-by-step exercise chart, an accessory tray with cup holder and an integrated towel holder. Seat adjustments run on a four-bar linkage with gas-cylinder assist for stable, low-friction changes, and TRUE backs the frame and welds for 10 years with 5 years on bearings, bushings, pulleys, plates and guide rods.

Space and installation

The FUSE-1200 measures 135 × 142 × 147 cm (53" × 56" × 58") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine and fits the weight stack on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, grips and shroud after each session. Check the cables, pulleys and gas cylinders monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.
