• Pec fly and rear-deltoid fly in one

• Pivoting dual-position angled grips

• 77 kg stack, 113 kg optional

• Five-position gas-assisted seat

The TRUE FUSE-1000 is the pec fly and rear-deltoid machine in TRUE Fitness’s Fuse XL line, a space-efficient dual-function design. Seven adjustment positions, angled hand grips and pivoting exercise arms accommodate a wide range of users, the dual-position handles pivot to replicate dumbbell movements, and the weight stack is placed for easy access while minimising floor space.

Who is this machine for?

The FUSE-1000 suits commercial gyms, university and corporate fitness centres, hotels and premium home gyms in India where one footprint must cover chest isolation and rear-deltoid work. The weight stack ships at 77 kg with a 113 kg heavy stack available.

Muscles worked and key exercises

Facing in, the fly isolates the pectoralis major with the anterior deltoids assisting. Facing out, the reverse fly trains the posterior deltoids, rhomboids and middle trapezius, which balance pressing work and improve posture. The pivoting grips let the wrists follow the natural dumbbell path.

Build quality and adjustment

The exercise arms pivot and the handles offer two angled positions, seven adjustment positions set the start for either movement, and the five-position seat moves on the gas-assisted four-bar linkage with a towel holder and accessory tray built in. The machine weighs 201 kg with the standard stack and 237 kg with the heavy stack.

Like every Fuse XL machine, it carries TRUE’s matte-black powder-coat frame with custom frame colours and 18 upholstery options, a height-adjustment guide that shows the correct seat position for the user’s height, a step-by-step exercise chart, an accessory tray with cup holder and an integrated towel holder. Seat adjustments run on a four-bar linkage with gas-cylinder assist for stable, low-friction changes, and TRUE backs the frame and welds for 10 years with 5 years on bearings, bushings, pulleys, plates and guide rods.

Space and installation

The FUSE-1000 measures 155 × 145 × 191 cm (61" × 57" × 75") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine and fits the weight stack on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, grips and shroud after each session. Check the cables, pulleys and gas cylinders monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.
