Who is this machine for?

The FUSE-0900 suits commercial gyms, university and corporate fitness centres, hotels and premium home gyms in India that want a chest press members can use one arm at a time with the grip that suits them. The weight stack ships at 77 kg with a 113 kg heavy stack available.

Muscles worked and key exercises

The chest press targets the pectoralis major with the anterior deltoids and triceps assisting. Converging arms bring the hands toward the midline as a natural press does, the grip positions move the emphasis across the chest, and pressing one arm at a time corrects imbalances.

Build quality and adjustment

The press arms are independent and converge, the hand grips offer three positions, the seat adjusts through five positions on the gas-assisted linkage, and a towel holder and accessory tray are built in. The machine weighs 215 kg with the standard stack and 251 kg with the heavy stack.

Like every Fuse XL machine, it carries TRUE’s matte-black powder-coat frame with custom frame colours and 18 upholstery options, a height-adjustment guide that shows the correct seat position for the user’s height, a step-by-step exercise chart, an accessory tray with cup holder and an integrated towel holder. Seat adjustments run on a four-bar linkage with gas-cylinder assist for stable, low-friction changes, and TRUE backs the frame and welds for 10 years with 5 years on bearings, bushings, pulleys, plates and guide rods.

Space and installation

The FUSE-0900 measures 145 × 114 × 147 cm (57" × 45" × 58") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine and fits the weight stack on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, grips and shroud after each session. Check the cables, pulleys and gas cylinders monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.
