The TRUE FUSE-0700 Shoulder Press is a full-commercial selectorised shoulder press with independent converging arms from TRUE’s Fuse XL series, built for commercial gyms that want a unilateral overhead press with standard and neutral grips. It carries a 77 kg (170 lb) weight stack as standard (113 kg (250 lb) heavy stack optional) and occupies 145 × 152 cm of floor.

The TRUE FUSE-0700 is the shoulder press in TRUE Fitness’s Fuse XL line. Standard and neutral grips combine with a three-position adjustable back pad and independent converging press arms to give true unilateral movement through a complete range of motion, which recruits more muscle for a more efficient workout, and the five-position seat moves on a gas-assisted four-bar linkage.

Who is this machine for?

The FUSE-0700 suits commercial gyms, university and corporate fitness centres, hotels and premium home gyms in India that want members to press overhead one arm at a time or both together without a spotter. The weight stack ships at 77 kg with a 113 kg heavy stack available.

Muscles worked and key exercises

The shoulder press targets the anterior and lateral deltoids with the triceps and upper trapezius assisting. Converging arms follow the natural pressing arc, a neutral grip spares the shoulder joint, and pressing one arm at a time corrects imbalances.

Build quality and adjustment

The press arms are independent and converge to maximise articulation of the shoulder, the back pad adjusts through three positions, the seat through five on the gas-assisted linkage, and a towel holder and accessory tray are built in. The machine weighs 218 kg with the standard stack and 254 kg with the heavy stack.

Like every Fuse XL machine, it carries TRUE’s matte-black powder-coat frame with custom frame colours and 18 upholstery options, a height-adjustment guide that shows the correct seat position for the user’s height, a step-by-step exercise chart, an accessory tray with cup holder and an integrated towel holder. Seat adjustments run on a four-bar linkage with gas-cylinder assist for stable, low-friction changes, and TRUE backs the frame and welds for 10 years with 5 years on bearings, bushings, pulleys, plates and guide rods.

Space and installation

The FUSE-0700 measures 145 × 152 × 147 cm (57" × 60" × 58") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine and fits the weight stack on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, grips and shroud after each session. Check the cables, pulleys and gas cylinders monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.

Frequently asked questions

Can I press one arm at a time on the TRUE FUSE-0700?

Yes. The press arms are independent, so each side can be pressed alone to correct imbalances, or both together.

What is the difference between the TRUE FUSE-0700 and FUSE-0800?

The FUSE-0700 is an overhead press for the deltoids and triceps; the FUSE-0800 is a deltoid raise that lifts the arms sideways to isolate the lateral deltoids and traps.

What warranty does the TRUE FUSE-0700 have in India?

Luxe Fitness offers up to 5 years warranty on this machine, covering frame, major moving parts and upholstery on separate terms. Ask us for the warranty card for your exact model before purchase.
