• 77 kg stack, 113 kg optional

The TRUE FUSE-0400 is the inner/outer thigh machine in TRUE Fitness’s Fuse XL line, a space- and cost-efficient station that serves a dual function for the adductor and abductor muscles. Pivoting contoured leg pads give comfort and an easy transition between the two movements, dual rubber-covered foot posts provide support, and the weight stack is placed in front of the user for privacy, space efficiency and ease of selection.

Who is this machine for?

The FUSE-0400 suits commercial gyms, university and corporate fitness centres, hotels and premium home gyms in India that want hip and thigh work on one machine, with the front stack welcome in mixed and ladies-only facilities. The weight stack ships at 77 kg with a 113 kg heavy stack available.

Muscles worked and key exercises

Pressing the legs outward trains the hip abductors, mainly the gluteus medius and minimus, which stabilise the pelvis; squeezing them inward trains the adductors of the inner thigh. Both groups protect the knee and hip and improve lateral movement in sport.

Build quality and adjustment

The leg pads pivot to sit inside or outside the legs, the foot posts are rubber covered, the stack is front mounted, and the seat and back pad support the torso. The machine weighs 248 kg with the standard stack and 284 kg with the heavy stack.

Like every Fuse XL machine, it carries TRUE’s matte-black powder-coat frame with custom frame colours and 18 upholstery options, a height-adjustment guide that shows the correct seat position for the user’s height, a step-by-step exercise chart, an accessory tray with cup holder and an integrated towel holder. Seat adjustments run on a four-bar linkage with gas-cylinder assist for stable, low-friction changes, and TRUE backs the frame and welds for 10 years with 5 years on bearings, bushings, pulleys, plates and guide rods.

Space and installation

The FUSE-0400 measures 170 × 185 × 147 cm (67" × 73" × 57") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine and fits the weight stack on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, grips and shroud after each session. Check the cables, pulleys and gas cylinders monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.

Frequently asked questions

How do I switch between inner and outer thigh on the TRUE FUSE-0400?

Pivot the contoured leg pads to the inside or outside of the legs and reset the start position; the same movement arms then work the adductors or abductors.

Why is the weight stack in front on the TRUE FUSE-0400?

A front-mounted stack screens the user during the movement, shortens the footprint and puts the pin within reach without leaving the seat.

What warranty does the TRUE FUSE-0400 have in India?

Luxe Fitness offers up to 5 years warranty on this machine, covering frame, major moving parts and upholstery on separate terms. Ask us for the warranty card for your exact model before purchase.
