The TRUE FUSE-0200 Seated Leg Curl is a full-commercial selectorised seated leg curl machine from TRUE’s Fuse XL series, built for commercial gyms that want a precise-fitting hamstring curl for members of every size. A seven-position start-range limiter and multiple-position thigh, ankle and back pads give a precise fit, the four-position thigh pad holds the hips down, and the seat adjusts on a gas-assisted four-bar linkage. It carries a 77 kg (170 lb) weight stack as standard (113 kg (250 lb) heavy stack optional) and occupies 125 × 145 cm of floor.

• Seven-position start-range limiter

• Four-position thigh pad

• Five-position gas-assisted seat

• 77 kg stack, 113 kg optional

• 125 × 145 cm footprint

The TRUE FUSE-0200 is the seated leg curl in TRUE Fitness’s Fuse XL line. A seven-position start-range limiter and multiple-position thigh, ankle and back pads give comfort and a precise fit to a wide range of users, the four-position thigh pad assembly keeps the hips anchored, and the five-position seat moves on a four-bar linkage with gas-cylinder assist.

Who is this machine for?

The FUSE-0200 suits commercial gyms, university and corporate fitness centres, hotels and premium home gyms in India that want the hamstrings trained seated with the same setup speed as the rest of the Fuse XL circuit. The weight stack ships at 77 kg with a 113 kg heavy stack available.

Muscles worked and key exercises

The seated leg curl targets the hamstrings with the gastrocnemius assisting. Training the hamstrings balances quad-dominant presses and extensions, protects the knee and improves sprinting and jumping power, and the seven-position limiter sets the range for every member.

Build quality and adjustment

The seat adjusts through five positions on the gas-assisted four-bar linkage, the thigh pad through four and the start range through seven, with ankle and back pads that adjust to the user and ergonomically located contoured-grip handles. The machine weighs 184 kg with the standard stack and 220 kg with the heavy stack.

Like every Fuse XL machine, it carries TRUE’s matte-black powder-coat frame with custom frame colours and 18 upholstery options, a height-adjustment guide that shows the correct seat position for the user’s height, a step-by-step exercise chart, an accessory tray with cup holder and an integrated towel holder. Seat adjustments run on a four-bar linkage with gas-cylinder assist for stable, low-friction changes, and TRUE backs the frame and welds for 10 years with 5 years on bearings, bushings, pulleys, plates and guide rods.

Space and installation

The FUSE-0200 measures 125 × 145 × 147 cm (49" × 57" × 58") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine and fits the weight stack on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, grips and shroud after each session. Check the cables, pulleys and gas cylinders monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the TRUE FUSE-0200 and FUSE-1800?

The FUSE-0200 is the seated leg curl with a four-position thigh pad; the FUSE-1800 is the horizontal (lying) leg curl, which trains the hamstrings with the hip extended.

Seated or lying leg curl: which should a gym buy?

Both train the hamstrings; seated curls suit most members and are easier to get into, lying curls suit athletes. Many Fuse XL circuits include both.
