• Rubber-covered foot posts

• 77 kg weight stack

• 155 × 145 cm footprint

The TRUE FS-52 is the inner and outer thigh machine in TRUE Fitness’s Fitness Line. A conveniently located adjustment handle and rotating thigh pads give a quick, easy transition between the two exercises, the swivelling pads are reached from the seated position, and the contoured back pad, ergonomic handles and rubber-covered foot posts support the user and encourage proper alignment.

Who is this machine for?

The FS-52 suits commercial gyms, hotel and corporate fitness centres, physiotherapy settings and premium home gyms in India that want to train the hips and thighs without separate abductor and adductor machines. It ships with a 77 kg weight stack.

Muscles worked and key exercises

Pressing the legs outward trains the hip abductors, mainly the gluteus medius and minimus, which stabilise the pelvis; squeezing them inward trains the adductors of the inner thigh. Both groups protect the knee and hip and improve lateral movement in sport.

Build quality and adjustment

The thigh pads swivel to the inside or outside of the legs from the seat, the adjustment handle sets the mode and start position, the back pad is contoured and the foot posts are rubber covered. The machine weighs 218 kg.

Like every Fitness Line machine, it is TRUE’s compact, commercial-grade selectorised design for high-use environments: matte-black frame with custom frame and upholstery colours, an instructional placard with a QR code linking to a setup video, and clearly marked adjustments. TRUE backs the frame for 10 years with 5 years on parts and 1 year on cables, linear bearings and labour.

Space and installation

The FS-52 measures 155 × 145 × 165 cm (61" × 57" × 65") (L × W × H). Leave about 0.6 m of clear space on the user side for entry and exit and 0.5 m around the weight stack for pin changes. No power is needed. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine and fits the weight stack on site.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery, grips and shroud after each session. Check the cables, pulleys and pivots monthly, keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs, and tighten pad and handle fasteners. Book a service visit if the movement becomes rough or the stack catches on the guide rods.
