The TRUE FS-30 is the Smith machine in TRUE Fitness’s Fitness Line, the perfect accompaniment for beginners and long-time lifters alike. The fixed bar moves only vertically, so users keep proper posture and balance the load evenly, which makes it ideal for first-time lifters and anyone training without a spotter; the advanced eight-position bar-catch system and dual adjustable safety stops further enhance safety, and a multi-grip chin bar and eight storage posts are standard.
Who is this machine for?
The FS-30 suits commercial gyms, hotel and corporate fitness centres, apartment-complex gyms and premium home gyms in India that want members to squat, press and row with a barbell safely. Combined with the FS-20 bench it serves every pressing angle.
Exercises it supports
Squats and lunges train the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings; bench and incline presses the chest, shoulders and triceps; shoulder presses the deltoids; bent-over rows the back; calf raises the calves; chin-ups on the top bar the lats and biceps. The guided bar removes the balance demand and the catches stop any failed rep.
Build quality and safety
The bar travels on vertical guides, rotates onto eight catch positions and is backed by dual adjustable safety stops, the chin bar carries multiple grips, eight posts store plates, and the frame is finished in matte black with custom colours. The machine weighs 136 kg before plates.
Like every Fitness Line machine, it is TRUE’s compact, commercial-grade selectorised design for high-use environments: matte-black frame with custom frame and upholstery colours, an instructional placard with a QR code linking to a setup video, and clearly marked adjustments. TRUE backs the frame for 10 years with 5 years on parts and 1 year on cables, linear bearings and labour.
Space and installation
The FS-30 measures 137 × 195 × 213 cm (54" × 77" × 84") (L × W × H). The FS-30 measures 137 × 195 × 213 cm (L × W × H). Allow about 1 m clear on each side for loading plates and at least 2.5 m of ceiling height for chin-ups. No power is needed; anchoring is recommended. Luxe Fitness delivers, assembles and levels the machine; plates and a bench are chosen separately.
Care and maintenance
Wipe the bar and frame after each session and keep the guide rods clean and lightly lubricated as the manual directs. Check the bar catches and safety stops monthly and the frame bolts quarterly.
