Who is this machine for?

The FS-23 suits commercial gyms, hotel and corporate fitness centres, apartment-complex gyms and premium home gyms in India that want a bodyweight station for the core and upper body on a 114 × 93 cm footprint.

Exercises it supports

Knee raises train the lower abdominals and hip flexors; dips train the chest, triceps and front deltoids; chin-ups train the lats, biceps and forearms, with the multi-grip bar shifting the emphasis.

Build quality and safety

The back pad is slanted at 75 degrees with angled elbow pads, the chin bar carries multiple grips, the dip handles are fixed, and the frame is finished in matte black with custom colours. The station weighs 71 kg.

Like every Fitness Line machine, it is TRUE’s compact, commercial-grade selectorised design for high-use environments: matte-black frame with custom frame and upholstery colours, an instructional placard with a QR code linking to a setup video, and clearly marked adjustments. TRUE backs the frame for 10 years with 5 years on parts and 1 year on cables, linear bearings and labour.
