Who is this machine for?

The FS-21 suits commercial gyms, group-exercise studios, hotel and corporate fitness centres, apartment-complex gyms and premium home gyms in India that want a dedicated crunch station that can be wheeled aside when the floor is needed.

Exercises it supports

With the ankles under the pads, crunches and sit-ups train the rectus abdominis and hip flexors, twisting sit-ups add the obliques, and the angled back pad lengthens the range compared with floor work.

Build quality and safety

The back pad is fixed at 20 degrees, the ankle pads are dual and padded, the frame is finished in matte black with custom colours, and wheels are fitted for transport. The bench weighs 22 kg.

Like every Fitness Line machine, it is TRUE’s compact, commercial-grade selectorised design for high-use environments: matte-black frame with custom frame and upholstery colours, an instructional placard with a QR code linking to a setup video, and clearly marked adjustments. TRUE backs the frame for 10 years with 5 years on parts and 1 year on cables, linear bearings and labour.

Space and installation

The FS-21 measures 116 × 60 × 58 cm (46" × 24" × 23") (L × W × H). The FS-21 measures 116 × 60 × 58 cm (L × W × H). Allow about 0.5 m around it for mounting and dismounting. No power or anchoring is needed, and it wheels into storage.
