Brand: Centr · Model: DHSB · Category: Accessories

The Inspire DHSB Dual Hook Straight Bar is a home and studio 112 cm dual-hook straight bar for two-pulley trainers from Inspire’s Inspire Fitness accessories series, built for users of a dual-column trainer who want barbell-style presses, rows and pulldowns from both stacks. Solid steel in polished chrome with a knurled grip hooks to both pulleys of a dual-column trainer, so bench presses, rows, shoulder presses and pulldowns load from both stacks like a barbell. It occupies 10 × 112 cm of floor.

Build quality and compatibility

The bar is solid polished-chrome steel with a knurled grip and a hook at each end, 10 × 112 cm, weighing 2.3 kg.

Like every Inspire Fitness attachment, it is built to commercial-grade standards to match the FT1, FTX, FT2 PRO, SF3, SF6 and SCS trainers and the M-series multi-gyms, and its carabiner or hook fitting is universal, so it works on most cable machines and functional trainers from other brands too.
