Duel Hook EZ Curl Bar

Brand: Centr · Model: DHCB · Category: Accessories

The Inspire DHCB Dual Hook EZ Curl Bar is a home and studio 114 cm dual-hook curl bar for two-pulley trainers from Inspire’s Inspire Fitness accessories series, built for users of a dual-column trainer who want barbell-style curls and extensions from both stacks. Solid steel with a curved knurled grip hooks to both pulleys of a dual-column trainer, so curls, triceps extensions and rows load from both stacks like a barbell. It occupies 10 × 114 cm of floor.

• Hooks to two pulleys

• Curved knurled grip

• Solid steel, 2.3 kg

• 114 cm

• Barbell-style arm work

The Inspire DHCB dual-hook curl bar unlocks the full potential of a functional trainer. Its solid steel construction gives durability and long service, and the curved, knurled grip ensures a tight, comfortable hold during biceps curls, triceps extensions and other arm exercises, with hooks that attach to both pulleys at once.

Who is this machine for?

The DHCB suits users of the FTX, FT1, FT2 PRO, SF3, SF6 and SCS in India who want to curl and press with both stacks through one bar, as they would with a barbell.

Exercises it supports

Two-stack curls train the biceps; overhead extensions and pushdowns the triceps; upright rows the deltoids and traps; the EZ curve keeps the wrists neutral under heavier loads.

Build quality and compatibility

The bar is solid silver steel with a curved knurled grip and a hook at each end, 10 × 114 cm, weighing 2.3 kg.

Like every Inspire Fitness attachment, it is built to commercial-grade standards to match the FT1, FTX, FT2 PRO, SF3, SF6 and SCS trainers and the M-series multi-gyms, and its carabiner or hook fitting is universal, so it works on most cable machines and functional trainers from other brands too.

Space and installation

The DHCB measures 10 × 114 cm (4" × 45") (L × W × H). Hooks between the two pulleys; stores on the trainer’s accessory rack.

Care and maintenance

Wipe grips and padding after use and store on the trainer’s accessory rack. Check stitching, hooks, carabiners and swivels monthly and retire any attachment that frays or cracks.
