• Only 15 kg

The Inspire Folding Adjustable Bench (FLB2) in Inspire Fitness’s home range provides flat, incline and decline positions in a space-saving design: one decline position, four incline positions and a frame that folds flat for storage. Heavy-duty steel gives lasting durability, oversized closed-cell foam pads give comfort and stability, and rear transport wheels move it into position in seconds.

Who is this machine for?

The FLB2 suits apartments and homes in India where the bench must disappear after the workout, and owners of the SF3 or Centr 3, which carry a mount to dock it on the frame.

Exercises it supports

Flat presses target the chest; incline presses the upper chest and front deltoids; the decline position adds decline presses and sit-ups; the upright position serves seated shoulder presses; and the bench supports rows, curls and step-ups.

Build quality and safety

The frame is heavy-duty steel in matte black and chrome, the back pad locks in six positions, the pads are oversized closed-cell foam under double-stitched high-grade Naugahyde, rear wheels are fitted, and the bench folds flat. It weighs 15 kg and is rated to 227 kg.

Like every Inspire Fitness bench, it is built from heavy-duty steel with an electrostatic matte-black powder coat and upholstered in closed-cell foam under high-grade Naugahyde that wipes clean, and Inspire backs the frame with a limited lifetime warranty for home use.

Space and installation

The FLB2 measures 43 × 132 × 104 cm maximum (17" × 52" × 41") (L × W × H). The FLB2 measures 43 × 132 cm (W × L) and up to 104 cm tall in use, and folds flat to stand against a wall or dock on the SF3. Allow about 0.8 m clear on each side for dumbbells when in use.

Care and maintenance

Wipe the upholstery after each session. Check the adjustment pins, pivot bolts and wheels monthly and tighten frame bolts quarterly.
